Welcome

Are you looking for something different and more expansive in your workout—exercise that will engage the deep muscles of your body, and the depth of your mind in a new way? Pilates using the apparatus at PC² may be for you!

What is Pilates?
Simply stated Pilates is a prescribed method of exercises done on the floor, “mat work,” or utilizing equipment specially designed by Joseph Pilates for resistance-based body conditioning or physical therapy. It will strengthen, lengthen, stretch, balance, tone, relax and energize you.

Pilates equipment is not your ordinary gym equipment. Its unique design and construction, utilizing increasing and decreasing spring resistance provides uniform concentric and eccentric loading, which is optimal for strengthening muscles.

Attention is given to performing each exercise in a precise and controlled manner. Focus on breath, quality and precision of movement is what sets Pilates apart from other exercise programs—minimum repetitions, maximum results
