Diane and Sylvia have created a magical environment at Pilates Core Center. The instructors are gifted and make every session a tremendous experience. I think my work-outs are the only times I am truly thinking of nothing but that specific moment in time- making the most of every breath and move. I am proud to be student at the center - its one of my very favorite things in the whole wide world.
