All classes require a minimum of 3 clients per class. As a courtesy to our instructors and waitlisted clients, please honor our 24 hour cancellation policy. SEMI-PRIVATE SESSIONS by appointment – Perfect for the student who enjoys the personal attention of their instructor and also likes to workout with a friend or partner. These sessions offer the opportunity to use the full range of Pilates equipment and to set your own individual fitness and wellness goals. Prices are per person.

Instructor Tiers and Fees Here's a breakdown of our instructors' continuing education levels and the appropriate pricing for private sessions. Apprentice, Associate, Senior, Master (All) Beginner Reformer - Instructors who have completed a Mat Certification and Reformer 1. Able to work with healthy clients whose goal it is to transition into reformer classes. Associate, Senior, Master Intermediate Reformer - Instructors who have a Mat Certification and Reformer 1 & 2. Able to work with healthy clients whose goal it is to transition into reformer classes and those who are either deconditioned or athletic. Senior, Master Advanced Reformer - Instructors who have a Mat Certification and Reformer 1, 2, & 3 plus Anatomy training. Able to work with any client interested in Reformer work including those who are deconditioned, or have concerns such as, but not limited to, scolisis, hip replacements, and knee replacements. Senior, Master Comprehensive Teachers for Privates - Instructors who have Mat 1 and 2 Certification, Apparatus training, Anatomy training, and complete Reformer Certification. These teachers can work with any client and cross train on all of the equipment.
